 THIS IS THE STURDIEST, MOST HEAVY DUTY JET SKI TRAILER YOU CAN FIND ON THE MARKET, YET IT IS LIGHT LIGHTWEIGHT AND EASILY MOVABLE!

Specially designed for large triple seat watercraft with long distance towing in mind.

Frame is constructed of 4 1/2” aluminum I-beam (normally used in 20’ boat trailers) instead of C-channel or light gauge tubular aluminum like standard jet ski trailers are. Crossmembers are fully welded in and made of 2.5” aluminum structural tubing, tongue is also built from heavy wall aluminum square tube.

Frame is fully welded and tongue is attached with oversized stainless hardware for safety.

Heavy duty bunks are on aluminum brackets, all connecting hardware on trailer is stainless steel.

Tongue is attached with full beam wrap design.

In suspension we have opted for marine grade torsion axle, specially designed for personal watercraft trailers.

We opted for 205/65-10 radial tires instead of skinny light capacity 12” tires to assure stability and operability even on rough terrain, we covered the wheels with aluminum Diamond plate fenders instead of cheap plastic fenders.

We opted for 3500 lb capacity 2” hitch coupler instead of 1200 lb 1 7/8” ball coupler for added safety.

Frame is extended length so the Jet ski will not overhang in the back. Winch tower is 2-way adjustable with roller.

We had a lot of requests from clients for reliable heavy duty jet ski trailers for larger skis , designed to hold up during long travel and not have parts that fail due to fatigue or corrosion. Being a custom boat trailer builder, we took an approach of designing a Jet ski trailer using miniaturized layout of boat trailer with all same strength details applied.
